["the company"] and it's associated companies and/or websites is your acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions. If you ["you", "your", "client", "member", "customer"] do not agree, please discontinue the use of the website(s) and services immediately.

Website Use:

You are responsible for use of any website content as it applies to the laws of your jurisdiction. All website content is copyrighted (unless wise noted) and may not be used or reproduced in any way. Any links to third party sites posted for reference purposes and the company is not responsible for any third party content or posts to our website including, but not limited to, uploads, blogs or forums.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Products and services provided including, but not limited to, this website are provided "as is" and without any guarantee or warranty of any kind. All efforts are made to provide the best in product and services, however the company does not guarantee against any events including, but not limited to, server interruption or other events causing delay of any service and/or product or inability to provide any services and/or product.

Limit of Liability:

In using our website and/or services you agree to hold harmless Global Research and Archival Management Inc., digitizeyourpics.com, it's associated companies and any affiliate or employee from any claim including, but not limited to, legal expenses.

Copyright:

Products and services provided by the company are sold under a 'single user' license and is subject to the appropriate Copyright Law(s). Any type of broadcasting and/or redistribution to other parties is strictly prohibited. Ebooks may be transfered to and used (format permitting) on the device of your choice.

You agree that you will not submit any content to our company where you are not the copyright holder or authorized curator of the materials with rights to perform the services requested. We will not knowingly reproduce or handle materials that belong to a third party. Orders originating from multiple households or organizations may not be combined.

Trademarks:

All published content including, but not limited to, designs, logos, names, slogans, phrases and titles are the sole brand and trademark of the company. The use of any Trademarks of Global Research and Archival Management Inc. is strictly prohibited.

Age:

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to correspond and/or purchase services and/or product from the company.

Membership/Account:

You agree to keep all Logon and password information private and secure. All efforts are made in using the best technology to keep your account information and images secure. The company is not responsible for any damages and/or loss of information for reasons including, but not limited to, computer viruses and theft of information.

Any membership or client accounts are issued at the discretion of the company and may be terminated without notice.

Coupons/Gift Certificates:

Coupons are non transferable and are issued for single use per household, and may not be combined with other coupons for the same order. Coupons have no exchange or cash value. Gift Certificates are issued and/or sold on a non-refundable basis. Special large order discounts are given based on the final scan count as determined at completion. If your scan order is greater than 750 please contact us prior to placing your order. Current scan tiers are 'over 750', 'over 1000' and 'over 2500'.   

Services and Content:

We reserve the right of refusal of service for any reason including, but not limited to, requests that involve illegal or offensive materials. The Company is not responsible for reviewing any or all physical or digital materials provided by members. Please note that 35mm slide scanning service is offered for the standard 35mm slide type only and does not apply to glass or specialty slides. Film with covered perforations at the strip end will be cut in order to accomodate scanning equipment. Other negative film formats such as medium format 120 and 220 or Kodak's 110 and 126 may be custom scanned, please contact us for a custiomized order. Any 'roll' film would also be considered a custom order. Scanning service does not include 'restoration'. Orders originating from multiple households or organizations may not be combined.

Service and Product:

All sales are pre-paid. We cannot accept your materials prior to a paid order. If you have any concerns or issues with products or services provided, you agree to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All consumer product claims and warranties are between you and the manufacturer. You agree not to hold the company responsible for item count discrepencies. If you send items to the company for scanning or other purposes, any additional items (items not included in the original count/order) will result in adjusted billing and all items will be returned only after full payment is received. Sending items at a count less than indicated will result in an adjustment to reflect the lower quantity and a refund to you notwithstanding any special offer(s) and/or high quantitiy discount adjustment(s). Scan discounts based on high quantity orders will be adjusted up or down according to the final scanned file count as provided by the company. Client image content is scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless otherwise noted. Scanning services are non-refundable.  

Resale:

Products and services provided by the company are sold under a 'single user' license and is subject to the appropriate Copyright Law(s). While you may sell and distribute your own materials in any way you desire, you agree that services and product purchased from the company is not obtained for resale, duplication, broadcast or redistribution of any kind.

Privacy and Personal Information:

We do not publish, sell or share any of your personal information to other companies for their marketing and sales purposes. Other photo scanning services do. We don't.

Global Research and Archival Management Inc. owns and operates http://www.graam.ca,  http://www.digitizeyourpics.com and other websites. We may use your name and contact information to contact you in the future to keep you informed of product offerings or optional company surveys. You may opt out of company communication at any time.

Of course, other third party product completion services including, but not limited to, payment systems may receive and process information as necessary. Payment systems such as credit card processing are required to receive your personal information to verify and complete secure payment transactions. The company may be required by law to provide information to jurisdictional law enforcement officers in events including, but not limited to, fraud and theft.  

Internet:

Cookies are used to help us recognize you when you return to our website and navigate from page to page. This and other information that is inherent with cookies and using the world wide web help us to better understand client preferences and improve customer experience.

Correspondence

Any correspondence may be retained in order to assist us in providing the best in product offerings and customer experience. These records are reviewed and may be deleted as required or permitted. Correspondence includiing, but not limited to, questions and comments may be used by the company (while protecting your identity) for examples of product and service results and to assist in providing answers to FAQ.

Shipping and Handling:

Photographic Materials and Orders:

Your photographs are precious memories and we treat your materials with the greatest of care. While in our care, all items receive the white glove treatment! The company recommends using insured registered courier and/or postal services when sending photographic materials.

Every effort is made for the best care of your items while in the possession of the company. Although we select quality service providers for transporting your materials, we cannot be liable or responsible for any loss or damages to your goods. The company is not liable for any damage or loss of your materials and there will be no payment or refund of any kind.

Duties and Tariffs:

If applicable, client is responsible for all duties and tariffs.

Shipping Costs:

Client is responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when shipping orders to remote areas and also any shipments outside of the continental United States and Canada.
