Process and Recommendations

1. Take a count of your items prior to placing your order.

2. Clearly mark and separate any parts of your batch that require special file naming, metadata (if applicable) or attention. File names may include date, name, and sequence number ( 19750700_Smith0101 ) or name and sequence number ( Smith-0088 ). If your media is not date marked, you may provide a preference for your file naming scheme.

3. Once you have place your order online, package your goods carefully in crush resistant boxes. Please use original slide boxes where possible. Avoid additional shipping and handling costs by not senting slides in bulky carousels. Slides and photographs may be damaged in transit if not packed properly. Avoid use of newsprint, styrofoam packaging peanuts and other items that may create dust particles. Although exposure to water is unlikely, it is also recommended to protect your materials from any potential moisture exposure during the shipping process.

4. Contact us for to confirm the shipping address. Register your package for shipping using your preferred postal or courier service. Send to our mailing address for processing.

Note: If you reside in the greater Vancouver, British Columbia area, you may request a personalized pick up and drop off service in place of sending your media via courier/post. Please contact us to confirm.

5. Track your shipment using your service provider's online tracking.

6. You will receive confirmation of your project's status as we begin. At the time of completion your email will be provided to the courier or postal service in order to keep you informed of your package's whereabouts.

7. After receiving your completed project, please review and also test any media such as Hard Drives and DVDs to ensure they play properly. If you would like to purchase additional reproductions of your media after your order has been completed, please contact us within 20 days.
